Watermelon Lemonade Beer Cocktail

You can use either regular vodka or a homemade cucumber infused vodka.
Doesn’t homemade cucumber vodka sound so much yummier? You might even want to add more of this vodka and less beer so you can taste a bit more of the cucumber.
To make the cucumber vodka all you need to do is combine vodka and peeled, seeded and diced cucumber in a jar for at least three days in the fridge. Shake once in awhile. When you are ready to use it, strain the vodka.
Watermelon Lemonade Beer Cocktail
  • 1 small seedless watermelon {4 cups watermelon juice plus watermelon for garnish}
  • 4 bottles of Corona
  • 1/2 cup cucumber vodka (or regular)
  • 1 container frozen pink lemonade concentrate, thawed
First, cut the watermelon into pieces. {Reserve some watermelon if you’d like to use it as a garnish. Cut up small watermelon squares and place on skewers and freeze!} Transfer the watermelon to a blender and blend until it is liquid. Then, strain the blended watermelon over a bowl to catch the liquid. Repeat the process until you have 4 cups of watermelon juice.
In a large pitcher combine all of the ingredients. If you would like to make this ahead of time, wait until you are ready to serve to pour in the Corona.
Serve with the frozen watermelon skewers. Enjoy!
